Field Spell.All "Cloudian's" monsters gain 400 Atk.If a "Cloudian" monster is destroyed by its own effect; draw 1 card.During your Main Phase, you can Normal Summon/Set 1 "Cloudian's" monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. Plus, it rewards you for losing your Cloudians, and you can Summon more than one. This wouldn't push them far enough to be competitive, but at least it'd be faster. But I didn't even know how to make something that would break the power creep they have on them so maybe it's more than 1 card later. But I thought this solved a handful of their problems. As it stands right now, Cloudians need A LOT more support if they wish to compete with Dracopals, Kozmos and the other threats that currently exist in today's metagame. Granted, it does let them net a few draws if they get blown up by their own effects, so at least you're not getting away with nothing if they kill themselves. The added Normal Summons help a bit, but even with that, they're still going to be slow in terms of getting members on-board. They probably need something like what Monarchs got in the form of Edea/Eidos; SSing the smaller members from the Deck, and letting them fuel into Typhoon or something else. Or really, more ways for them to get advantage. I mean, it's a start though and they could certainly appreciate having added field presence and draw power, but it will take more effort to get them up to speed.
