10/10 would run 3 in Nekroz.

 

Send Herald (for cost <3) to return precious <3 banished Nekroz monsters. If it gets destroyed ever, send more copies of itself to the Graveyard. Banish them all to send more Heralds. <3 Win the Maxx "C" challenge every time with the last effect. <3 Or SS Veiler with it idfk. </3

 

Great design, but perhaps you should add more effects to it. In the power crept present day of YGO 4 effects in a single monster just isn't enough.

I'm not sure if you're joking with that post, or actually serious with those as usage reasons. If it needs fixing, just tell him directly that it does need work. 

 

Otherwise, I suppose one can use this in certain Chaos builds to recover banish fodder to summon more stuff (probably Piper Chaos if it's still usable in this day and age, but I could be wrong about this card being useful for them). Or really, Level 1 spam for whatever that's worth. But yes, it can mill itself to the Graveyard and then field more Arc-Light things (by banishing self) for more Ritual stuff. 

 

But yeah, Nekroz could run this, mill Arc-Light and return stuff to either be further banish food for them and get a free search in return. I don't know if they'd even have room; would be nice if they could cycle Shurit again, but he's banned.

k. so there are a ton of things you can do here.

 

Like the above user said, it does help out Nekroz a lot, since you can send Herald to return one of your banished Nekroz monsters. Unfortunately, that's the only use for it I can think of, since you can't Special Summon Synchro, Xyz, or Fusion monsters that weren't summoned properly with other card effects.  

The second effect could be useful in, I dunno, Kuriboh, I guess, since it fills grave for Kuribohrn. You could also send White Stone or something. Glow-Up and Jet Synchron work too.

The graveyard effect is okay, I guess, but not wholly useful for the reason stated above; you can't bring back your ED monsters without summoning them properly. 

The last effect could be helpful, since you can bring back Glow-Up Bulb and synchro with it, then Synchro again. Also, Mystic Piper would be really helpful in that case.

Overall, it's gimmicky, but it has some use.

I thought I was gonna get flamed at how bad my card is; I was getting bored and decided for a use of Gem-Knight Master Diamonds effect. I actually didn't think it was compatible with so many cards. I really gotta run more Decks.
