Aside from this card being able to address Xyz decks, effect is pretty much the same as its manga version; well, restricted to Darklords/Fallen One monsters (but they're DARK Fairy anyway, so they would've qualified either way). That, and the hard OPT; personally I don't think it's needed, given they rely on certain monsters

Given the current state of the game, I guess you'd be able to summon maybe Superbia and Asmodeus; considering the Rank 8 decks that are coming out (and guess Mega Monarchs / Kozmos off Dark Destroyer). Or I guess multiple copies of Reficule with the myriad of Rank 4 decks out there.

We haven't seen the actual S/T yet; I'd probably assume this will be released in there and likely some other support cards that can help you summon the other stuff or change the Level/Rank or stuff so you can summon the newer ones more easily. But otherwise, this card pretty much relies on your opponent to be running certain Level/Ranks and having proper monsters in the Graveyard; either you can pull it off nicely or it'll be dead weight.

I am personally not a fan of this card, reactive, not usable by Ixtab etc., basicly meaningless if milled by lucifer and despite all that reviving 2 at such a time is nothing amazing either.
