Alright, let's see what you have.

Gearn is basically Altair/Vega of this set (I'm referring to the 'tellars if it wasn't obvious), except limited to NSing purposes. Granted, the aforementioned Deck spams the former for their plays, but over here, stuff is slower so you should be fine. Though unlike Altair, this can be used for Synchro purposes so I do have some worries about that (right now, it's Level 7s and their pool is very expansive).

Combinger is nice, but right now is limited to only one monster (which, for some reason, requires 2 Fusions). Suppose it acts like an in-Archetype Soprano or something if you will; it basically has the same function.

Excel worries me a bit, especially if you have multiple copies in hand when you NS. Put a hard OPT on its SS effect; otherwise it's fine.

Pendulef is basically a recycler for itself and its "partner" in Pendurai, as you don't have more members to benefit off of the return. Not saying it's bad, since it does let you trigger Pendurai again for searching / triggers off Excel for Rank 4 stuff. It also gives you a free draw if you SS from the ED with their own members, which isn't bad.

'rai is basically Skullcrobat Joker for this Deck and grants protection from usual destruction effects. Looking at your Deck, this is your only option for searching stuff (though like with 'pals, you need to recycle this via 'lef to do things again).

Ritulan searches its own Ritual Spell, which is pretty nice (considering that most Rituals have difficulty getting themselves out without the aid of Preparation of Rites or some other search power). Its BTS-esque effect is pretty useful, given the amount of effects that trigger every turn, and doesn't outright kill them like most negation cards do. I suppose it also makes up for why its Ritual is just bare bones (only Ritual Summons this and nothing more).

Exceed can hit 3000 (assuming you can get an entire field of 5 monsters to go into this), but looking at your stuff so far, maybe only up to 2400-2600 at most. Still, direct attacking is nice, especially when it deals sizable damage that's also boosted by the Equip Card. I see this more as a mid/late-game finisher if you need to push for enough damage to win.

As I mentioned above, Fugo requires 2 Fusion monsters of its own kind to make. You realize that this is the only one you showed us; unless you meant 2 regular Simplynn monsters, in which case would make sense. Effects are fine; least you can recycle stuff and hit twice per turn. This + Sword = 3400 double attacker that will always deal damage (for the most part). But yeah, you should fix this.

Syncross is basically a 1-turn thing in the Deck; Gearn + whatever isn't the ED or Ritual. Being immune to targeting/destruction removal is nice, but stuff like the other Mirror Force cards exist and don't really care about its immunities. Though, it'll pretty much kill anything it battles though unless they can somehow get over 5200 ATK. I'd recommend making this a once per turn effect to be honest, otherwise as mentioned, you're going to be pressed to kill this in battle. Don't assume that the opponent will have access to common removal that they can spring during the Main Phase or whatnot.

Let me backtrack on what I said about the Ritual Spell card. Basically, it's Orichalcos Mirror for Ritulan. We get that Rituals need their own Spell to come out, but right now, Ritulan can search this card on its own AND this effectively can get him out without even being in the hand. You should just keep it to RSing the monster from the hand and not from the Deck like said anime card. (In its defense, Pre-Prep can't work with this card and original Prep won't work because Level is too high, but change it to the hand only).

Sword is basically a power booster that lets your stuff pierce things, then search another copy of itself out. As I mentioned in passing above, this + Fugo = massive damage and monster destruction, Exceed can use this for +3K damage on its direct attack and Syncross effectively becomes almost impossible to run over during battle (3600 ATK, immune to most removal and its halving stat effect). Lowering it to 400-500 ATK is fine, but it's really up to you to decide what values you'd like. Just take into consideration the interactions that the ED monsters will have with this card.

Shield is basically a better HERO Barrier that draws cards and nets you 2000 LP (although no one really uses Barrier nowadays). Anyway, I'd recommend making it a hard OPT on its usage or remove the LP gain altogether if you choose not to restrict it. Not really keen on this outclassing said HERO card, even though it's for a much different Archetype. For the former option, I'd change it to 1000 LP instead, but even that sounds a bit high.

Surprise is just bounce stuff, which isn't too bad. It'd be useful for bouncing a lot of the common ED threats and all, but it also gives the opponent an opportunity to re-trigger any of their on-Summon things. Then again, you can bounce the opponent's backrow and all if you need to, which is nice.
