Premier Alexander Romanov Posted July 10, 2016 Report Share Posted July 10, 2016 Huh. So it benefits from your opponent not having a Level, since it would otherwise gain ATK. That's pretty clever. However, this card isn't that good otherwise, since it has no other protection. I guess it could combo with other cards to weaken the field, but it does nothing to DEF, so something with 2400 DEF or higher could survive. The fusion effect doesn't have to involve it (Kaiki) in the fusion summon and Dystopia has that ATK change shtick.
