LORE:1 Zombie or Dragpn-Type monster + 1 Zombie or Dragon-Type monster

Cannot be used as a Fusion Material. You can also Fusion Summon this card by sending the Fusion Materials from your side of the field to the Graveyard. (you do not use "Polymerization") Cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects. While face-up in the field or in the Graveyard, this card is also treated as a Zombie-Type monster. Once per turn: You can pay 1000 Life Points; change 1 monster on the field to face-up Attack Position or face-down Defense Position.

Personally, not a big fan of this card mainly because of its Chimeratech Fortress-ish summoning condition. AFAIK, some players consider Fortress quite the pain for its perk of acting as non-effect, non-destructive and potentially-mass removal, and I don't believe it would be good to bring more cards like it into the game. For instance, getting a monster just because your opponent happens to control 2 Dragons and/or Zombies? that doesn't seem fair to me.

And that's only from its summoning condition. Then add to it that this is a 3000-ATK beater backed up with anti-targeting protection AND and a relatively flexible position-disruption effect for disabling threats, inflicting extra damage, etc. That's too much IMO.

On the other hand, I think it would be just fine if you removed that summoning condition, practically turning into an alternative to Dragonecro in Zombie decks that can also be summoned with Dragon materials.

Might I at least allow it's Summoning Condition so long as you use materials from your side of the field, as opposed to both?

Okay, Reanimated Dragon looks like Chimera Fortress mated with Soaring Gaia the Dragon Champ. In a good way. Somewhat. THEY'RE MATING, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ME TO SAY  moving on.

This is already anathema to Blue-Eyes and Shiranui decks everywhere. I can tell. But 3K attack, Level 8 status (so it can pop off the last effect and bridge into more stuff.) and a mishmash of PP Tarotray's last effect as a kicker.

This actually seems okay. A bit (read: hella) deleterious to Dragons/Zombies, but not impossible to work around. My main issue with this-like it was with Full Armor Photon Dragon before it-is that Reanimated Dragon seems like a bridge to something better. Which is no biggie-hell, I run with Cyber Angels, the bridging Ritual Archetype-but it feels like it could be more for what it demands of you.

If you wish for my advice (don't know why, you're ten times the card-maker I am on the regular, I mainly add support to what exists, you do your own stunts) rambling now-see this Reanimated Dragon? Allow it to bring up a "Zombie" card coming or going (especially the World or the Goblin-OR THE PLAGUESPREADER, that cheap-Omega-looping scrap of hot garbage), as one option.  Another option would be bringing out Zombie Pendulums or Xyzs. Really, something more than targeted battle changing, because in this current meta, that's being eclipsed by Endless Trap Hole and Speedroid Menko now.

Still, Zombie support is welcome, if not because Shiranuis are too niche (and clunky) to properly fill the void. 6.8/10.

So, a contact Fusion, basically? Hmm... I'm still not sure since it is still a powerhouse as a 3000-ATK un-targetable beater packed with a position-changing effect, which can be summoned as easily as a 2-material Rank4 or lower Xyz monster. Maybe it would be fine if you put a hard-OPT summoning clause (e.g. CyDra Infinity) and take out the non-targeting protection? and/or perhaps an extra condition to the summoning materials akin to Beast-Eyes Pendulum Dragon? IDK on this one.

Hmm... want to clear up that my above suggestions were in addition to the one-sided Contact Fusion change. Can't say I am not a bit concerned about zombies abusing the hell out of this card, given their swarming capabilities. Not to mention Zombie World shenanigans in swarmy decks.

Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon and Lightpulsar as materials, trigger Pulsar Effect, get REDMD back, get Pulsar back.... Anyone see an issue, granted those are the most relevant. Just wanted to point it out. Beyond that this has good Synergy with Goblin Zombie. Even more it turns some of your more awkward boards into clearer board. It also looks like you could sit on this for a while. Like this in an actual Zombie deck would be great. Add in that it can also be Summoned via Dragons Mirror
