While you control no face-up monsters, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand.) This card is treated as 2 tributes if tributed to summon a "Darklord" monster. While this card is in your graveyard except during the turn it was sent their, you can banish this card; add 1 "Darklord" monster from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. You can only activate this effect of "Fallen Angel of Demise" once per turn.

I don't know why, but from the name alone, it sounds like something I'd make. Anywho:

 

It reminds me a little of Evil Hero Inferno Spawn, as both self Summon fairly easily and both have a later reward for using it as a Tribute. However, wereas Spawn is a draw, this one allows you to add 1 Darklord monster. And how it's treated as 2 Tributes helps set up Darklord plays a little easier.
