That said, being able to pull any monster that's level 7 or lower out of your hand seems pretty neat, although it is kinda slow. Plus, Snow Bell got some pretty nice buffs. Just what we needed, Crystal Wing being even better! Also, both OMK Gum and Winter Bell say "THE Battle Phase" in their effects, not "YOUR Battle Phase." So does that mean they can be used during either player's BP, or nah?Assuming that the translations are correct, they can be used in either player's battle phase, yes. If you could Special Summon OMK Gum with Winter Bell and get the effect to Synchro Summon in the Battle Phase it'd be insane. Still, I'm looking forward to seeing what Parasite Fusioner is like.
