Now it can fairly easily be used as R3 material. On another note, the Wind Witches can work with Majespecter cards, right? Don't most of the spells/traps refer only to WIND Spellcasters? They intentionally made it so she can't go into an R3.Oh, oops! I didn't realize the whole summoning itself AND summoning another monster was all 1 effect. I thought that the summoning itself was one thing and could still be used for tribute/xyz summons unless you summon another using its effect.
