LORE:2 Level 3 Insect-Type monsters
During either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 Set card on the field; reveal it, then place it on either the top or bottom of the respective owner's Deck. You can only activate this effect of "Shining Moth" once per turn. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can look at all Set cards your opponent controls.

ah nice changes from the usual humanoids and death deities...

irrelevant quote aside, i like it. it give more option on Digital Bugs (well  IT IS indirect support to Digi bugs), effect wise technically. i do have hopes that you can crank up the stat to be higher a bit since Digital Bugs  don't have much body to rely on.

as per its effect effect, the detach effect is nice to have to digital bugs defensive strategy and to remove pesky back-row while disturbing their hand advantage. and ultimately if its removed you can peek at opponent set, which make you aware toward their possible action and can planned to counter it

i do have question:

During either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 Set card on the field/your opponent controls; reveal it, then place it on either the top or bottom of Deck. You can only activate this effect of "Shining Moth" once per turn. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can look at all Set cards your opponent controls.

normally it should be obvious that it meant to be returned to its owner deck. i i can't help to notice the possibility of misconcept of it being able to add to your deck (for what is worth) so maybe extra clause of "...of you opponent Deck" jut to clear it.

As mentioned already it is mostly D.Bug support and fitting one at that, considering it can deal with backrow to secure plays etc, not to mention it does have an insight effect if deteached as xyz material after xyz evolving into D.Bug's rank 5.

All around balanced, though it does not fix any problems they have and thus is hardly doing much.
