Thomas★Zero Posted August 31, 2016 Report Share Posted August 31, 2016 Destiny HERO - Dealer lv 4 DARK Warrior/Effect When this card is Normal Summoned or Special Summoned: you can shuffle 1 "Destiny HERO" monster from your hand into your deck; excavate the top 3 cards in your hand, then, add one of them to your hand and shuffle the rest into your deck. During the turn you activated this effect, you cannot Special Summon monsters except "Destiny HERO" monsters. You can only activate this effect of "Destiny HERO - Dealer" once per turn. One thing they lack is bringing monsters out into the field. If you just want a Destiny HERO that excavates, I'd suggest removing the shuffling cost; it's plenty with the other conditions on the effect, and this one just hurts it.
