You can use this card to Ritual Summon up to 2 non-Effect Ritual Monsters from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard, using 1 monster from your Extra Deck as the Tribute, whose Level is equal to the Ritual Monster(s) total Levels. At least 1 Ritual Monster must be Summoned from your hand this way. You can banish this card from your Graveyard to target 1 Non-Effect Ritual Monster you control; equip 1 monster from your Graveyard to it, and if you do, the equipped monster gains half the equipped monster's ATK.

Best ATK achievable is Black Luster Soldier + Five-Headed Dragon = 5500 ATK
However, the real reason for this card is for the floating equip potential:

-Dragunities because Militum can unequip any member.
-Quasar and eventually Shooting Star
-That Elder God Fusion that destroys
-Light and Darkness
-Twin Twister a Phoenix/Garunix

There are a number of cutesy plays, though their effectiveness overall is still questionable.
The best I can think of is two Level 6 vanilla Rituals (Performance of Sword and Hungry Burger) with Quasar, equipping one of them with Quasar, then using them for a Rank 6 and getting a Shooting Star out of it. The whole combo is a +0.

Thoughts/comments/suggestions/corrections always welcome and encouraged~

Would it not work with Black luster Soldier in that way because to fulfill the Dragon's Level 12 you would have to also Ritual Summon a Level4 non-Effect Ritual Monster, which doesn't exist yet? (By the way, you wouldn't be able to mill N'tss, the Elder Entity that destroys, for that reason either).

Still, there should be plenty of Level 8 Extra Deck monsters to Tribute and with enough ATK for a considerable boost.

Oh, and The Masked Beast is stronger than Luster Soldier :v

Attaching a equipping effect to this card feels... how to say it... like forced or shoved in? As if trying to combine 2 strategies in a single card. It doesn't help that neither effect relate to a magical fan with Ritual Summoning powers. In other words, you could work with the flavor/theme on this card since IMO it feels kinda random or unfocused.

Admittedly, I find this card's abilities of Summoning 2 monsters at once as a +0 plus the perk of equipping any monster from the graveyard slightly overwhelming. For instance, that play of a 2-material Rank6 + Shooting Star you described in the OP as example is, well... powercreep aside, a bit too strong IMO for a 2-card combo with no card cost (since it's a +0), plus consider the assistance it can get from Preparation of Rites (currently Limited), Manju/Senju, even Sonic Bird, etc.

That aside, this ought to lead to cute plays involving Dragon Buster Destruction Sword xD

Oh crap! Masked Beast xD

Yes that'd mean 5700 is the cap, I have to update that little detail.

Yes the flavor is definitely not there. . . *shrugs*

I went for "it's magical so w/e" attitude for this one.... it was one of those times when you look at the image first and then try to do something for it, but nothing comes out and you end up randomly generating an effect in your head, and then you don't wanna go hunt for another image ^^"

I accept suggestions on that of course xD

As for every other point:

-It doesn't say you have to use the Ritual Tribute as the equip, so you can use the Elder God and go BLS because both actions are pretty much independent from each other. Especially if the Elder God is an Instant Fusion target.

-Overwhelming compared to what? More like Hungry Burger is actually usable even though vanilla Rituals are still gonna get cloggy.

I can't picture something like Blue-Eyes getting on their knees against such a play even if all pieces were assembled on the spot with a single Preparation of Rites.

It is usually part of my intent when my creations can create power plays with cards that otherwise don't see much use anymore, so Sonic Bird and Shooting Star presence sounds marvelous to me. . .

I still don't think this card would single-handedly boost them by all they need though.

Destruction Swords seem like such a potential filled theme because it's the second time they pop up in a card discussion xD

Considering they are floodgates though, can't say it's my cup of tea, but I guess power to them because they are currently not exactly on the map either way.

Uh, I guess I didn't explain myself properly but I meant you cannot mill 5-Headed Dragon for the Summon of BLS, or Masked Beast for that matter, because this card's effect states that the Tribute must have a Level equal to the total of the Ritual Summoned monsters, and the Dragon is Level8 while those 2 Rituals are 8 so they don't match, and you cannot complete it with a Level4 non-effect Ritual (8+4) either because none exists yet.

So... for the strongest beater this card can Summon, you would have to Summon Masked Beast and... the strongest Level Extra Deck monster I could find is Evil HERO Malicious Fiend with 3500, for a total ATK of 4950.

Or.... you can change the effect for the Level of the Tribute be equal OR higher to the total Level of the Ritual Summoned monsters. Then 5-Headed Dragon will be a proper tribute material.

Addressing your points:

- Funnily enough, N'tss cannot be Summoned by Instant Fusion because of the Nomi clause it has, so it won't be as easy to send it to the grave through other means and then equip it to a monster through this card's effect ^^ "

But this doesn't really matter, I'm just nitpicking on one of its possible uses, anyway.

- You got a point there. The card may enable strong plays, but it comes with the "drawback" of requiring vanilla Rituals which naturally add the risk of dead draws and cloggy hands. That is, unless you find way of taking advantage of those vanilla Rituals through other ways (e.g. Trade-in to discard any Level8 vanilla Ritual?) but still, as you say, most likely the deck won't be as strong as Blue Eyes, Metalfoes, etc. Although, in my defense, I did state I was putting the powercreep aside on the comment in my previous reply.

And yeah, I understand you on how you ended with a card whose effects don't quite relate to its name nor artwork xD

Not sure of how to help you there. What comes to my mind is changing its name so it somehow references non-Effect monsters, or the action of moving cards around the board, from the Extra deck to the Graveyard with its first effect, and from the graveyard to the field as an Equip with its second one.

Kaleidoscope, MegaRaiza, proper Summons, BLS or Masked Beast cannot be Summoned currently with this card if you were to use a Level 12, (even though you can by using a Level 8 instead), but they can still equip said monsters should they find them in the Graveyard, independently of how they got there, so my point of it being possible still has a case there. It might not be likely though, I'll give you that.

"Powercreep aside" can only work on certain things, which divide scenarios between "this is how it works now" and "this is how it'd work in a sterile vacuum devoid of other effects. Reverse power-creeping can take you many stairs backwards to the times when Exiled Force and Marauding Captain were a top tier combo.

The Outer God is a nomi? godammit xD

That makes it harder to use. I'll have to settle with Panzer Dragon. I don't think there are Level 5 vanilla Rituals either. All vanilla Rituals to date are either 6, 7, or 8. Rituals lack a lot of stuff in fact. WIND or Level 2 don't exist for example.

Can't make the card "equal or more" in terms of Level Tributes, that'd make this card more abusable as a general "dump the best dumpable monster" effect instead of forcing the player to match Levels with deck building, and opening up a door for filling in the gaps for the card's variety over time. A good high Level monster would be universally outclassing anything else outright.

With "powercreep aside", I meant that regardless of the current meta being able to brush off or handle a play of a Rank6 + Shooting Star produced by a relatively searchable 2-card combo, said play is still too strong, at least IMO. But it's true that it comes with the cost, so to speak, of deck inconsistencies (dead-drawn Ritual pieces, etc.) or otherwise dedicating an entire deck to that play, so it should be fine, I guess.

And I got it now xD

You meant milling that 5-Headed Dragon through other means, and equipping it afterwards with this card's grave effect. And you are right, allowing the use of higher Levels as tribute would let player skip running Extra Deck monsters whose Levels match their non-Effect Rituals.

Remember that the Shooting Star was not Summoned properly, so you can either gain a 3300 ATK monster that negates destruction once per turn, or you negate an attack for it to never come back. Plus, it's multi-attack effect depends on Tuners excavated so until Ritual Tuner Archetypes become a thing I guess xD

Is that still as powerful?

You know I was right about to mention Herald of Arc Light, when it occurred to me that there are Level 4 Non-Effect Ritual monsters.

Actually, come to think of it, that's whats kinda' sorta' holding This card back; the lack of low-level non-Effect Ritual monsters. Since if that weren't the case, you could come up with a bunch of silly plays involving This card and whatever else you could play.

That aside, the artwork to This card is adorable.

Yes, currently it is limited to 6, 7, 8, or 12 (because double 6) as from the Extra Deck targets. On the plus side, you can dump Masked HERO Monsters and have an easier time doing Contrast HERO, if the deck build ends up actually being "easier time" though xD

and here's the original image. By Ry-Spirit, it is titled "Fanart"

I suppose you could be pro and make Gauntlet Launcher or any sort of Rank 6 off this-

Ritual Spells and Level 7 or lower Ritual monsters are incredibly easy to grab, so you'd play This to use Quazar or some other Level 12 from your Extra -> Ritual Hungry Burger from your hand -> Ritual another Hungry Burger from your Deck -> Overlay for whatever Rank 6 you want.

I mean, it's a cute play, if anyhting.
