I'm under the impression "/Ritual]" is allowed to state a Summoning condition(s) of sorts, without it actually being considered "/Ritual/Effect]"

Why do I want this to be Beast/Ritual instead of Beast/Ritual/Effect? Oh, no reason in particual

Hmm I think the newer ones say "You can Ritual Summon this card with "[insert Ritual Spell(s) Here]", and that's about it.

Your card has an extra-ordinary alternative Summon method built in, so I'm not sure it can be a non-Effect.
Much like how if there is a Nomi monster with zero effects, it still is bumped into "Effect" because of the special condition to Summon it. Looking at Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth or Gate Guardian for reference. It would have been a very good move on Konami if those were vanilla-colored non-Effect nomis though, just to emphasize on the fact their condition is NOT an Effect as well as to open up the game for possibilities in terms of design.

Honestly I kinda' based this off Super War Lion/etc, in the sense that I assumed said summoning condition wouldn't count. Plus, I felt it would be a little too boring if it merely said " You can only Ritual this card with [x]", since it doesn't really do anything on its own.

 

'Course, you could argue that I'm being lazy for not making a Ritual Spell for it, but that's beside the point; counterproductive to the idea behind it.

Yeah, the card having alternate summoning conditions to regular Rituals shouldn't count as an effect, so you are safe on that regard.

I like the synergy this card has with Sleepy's card, and 2400 ATK seems reasonable on a Level4 non-Effect Ritual monster.

I would have liked for this card to be Beast-Warrior instead just so it was searchable by Tenki, but as a Beast it is fine too and it allows to get cute support from a different pool of cards (e.g. Chain Dog?).
