leafbladie
Whelp, while "Kuribohrn" has made the "Kuriboh" archetype a decent Rank 1 spam deck, I thought it'd be nice to make a bos minster for the archetype, and what better place is there to look than the anime. I decided it'd be best to make this card able to replicate many of the features of said monster, like lowering ATK of an opponent's monster, gaining ATK based on the number of monsters used for its summon, and making it able to split into the puffballs that formed it. Anyway, without further ado, here it is: KuribabylonFiend-Type/DARK/Level 10/ATK ?/DEF 200 (Fusion)2 or more "Kuriboh" monsters with different namesMust be Fusion Summoned by sending the above cards you control to the Graveyard. (You do not use "Polymerization".) This card gains effects based on the number of monsters used for its Fusion Summon:2+: This card's original ATK becomes 700x the number of material used for its Fusion Summon.3+: Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can tribute this card; Special Summon "Kuriboh" monsters from your Graveyard up to the number of materials used for this card's Fusion Summon.4+: Once per turn: You can lower the ATK of a monster your opponent controls by 300x the number of "Kuriboh" monsters in your Graveyard.5+: Unaffected by other card's effects. The Highlander
I am unsure about that last effect (maybe make untargetability) however everything else appears to be perfectly justified, all in all a very solid result that supports Kuribohs in a major way, while being balanced, also I have tomention the third effect seems extremely well placed. 10/
The Nyx Avatar
Being Summoned via Contact Fusion is already a good sign; makes it easy to Summon. 1st effect: Nice way to build up its ATK; and I like the fact that it's the original ATK (for what it's worth). 2nd effect: Reminds me of the Ritual Beast Fusion monsters, though with more potential monsters to return to the field. It's an okay effect; maybe after an attack, you can build an Xyz Summon. 3rd effect: It's an okay effect; ATK decrease isn't much for the number of materials, but at least it bypasses non-targeting protection. 4th effect: I'd say this warrants 5 materials; it's not all that easy to get 5 "Kuriboh" monsters on the field, and even taking into consideration the immunity with the ATK, the most it will reach is 3500, and you can't enhance it any further, as it's unaffected by ALL other card effects, as opposed to only your opponent's.
