At first glance I thought the bonus Summon effect was a lot worse than the previous 2... But really, being able to choose which cards you banish is pretty powerful, as most people run Extra Deck monsters at 1-2 ofs, unless they completely rely on it to win. Even then though, banish Seraphinte and you make Brilliant Fusion useless and banish Norden and Instant Fusion is useless. It can also work on Pendulums, and it's obviously going to be usable going first, unlike the WATER and FIRE effects.
