I'm nominating Piranha Plant Slide from 7, DK Volcano from Double Dash, Ribbon Road from 8, Waluigi Pinball from DS, Mushroom Gorge from Wii and Toad's Turnpike from 64.

Pirhana Plant Slide, DK [Mountain], Waluigi Pinball and Mushroom Gorge were all previously nominated.

 

There are only 3 spots still open after Ribbon Road and Toad's Turnpike, so I can still take 3 (not previously entered) nominations.

I hope future Mario Kart installments have a new set of 4 additional cups to dig further into this backlog. Or even better, make Mario Kart a platform where you just keep adding tracks until all tracks have been remade in HD.
