Okay, let's try this again, this time with me not being an idiot. Also, sorry these aren't visual cards, I'm on my kindle right now and my computer is out of commission until I get a new charger cord. I'd like to say I am sorry for the first time I posted these cards. Also any messages to kill myself will be ignored and yes, I am somewhat fat, and yes, I am autistic.

Woah, no one on this forum would say anything like that. Where do you usually get comments like that from?

Anyway, onto the cards.

The monster is quite simple, though has the potential to be extremely powerful. I like that the Ritual Spell doesn't specify a Level the tributed monsters need to be, as I think Rituals need to be more diverse, but the Ritual Spell does say to use "all monsters on the field" for the Summon, which is a big no-no. However, I think limiting it to just your own monsters should be alright. It's a beatstick that has the potential to grow to massive amounts of ATK and DEF, so I think not giving it protection is fine. Another idea may be to allow the Ritual Spell to tribute any number of monsters you want, so you don't have to tribute every single one of your monsters.

I'm sure this would have its place in one Deck or another, and working with Pre-Preperation of Rites definitely helps it.

Now, an OCG fix:

Ivan Braginski: The Smiling Demon

You can Ritual Summon this card using "The Call of General Winter". Must be Ritual Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card's ATK and DEF are equal to the combined ATK and DEF of the monsters tributed for the Summon of this card, respectively.

The Call of General Winter

This card is used to Ritual Summon "Ivan Braginski: The Smiling Demon". You must also tribute all monsters in your hand and that you control.

Oh, Stupid, I knew something was off when I said that out loud, I meant it to be the cards in your hand and the cards you controlled, that was just bad thinking on my part. Also there is a reason why you have to sacrifice all the monsters you currently have, this card is actually based on a character from one of my favorite animes, it makes more sense if you understand who the character is. Also, what is Pre-Preparation of Rites?

EDIT: never mind looked it up.

Basically a faster way to get this card and its corresponding Ritual onto the field.

But yeah, I know I critiqued the previous version earlier and fixed the OCG accordingly. If it is based on an anime character you like, then you may want to leave a link to said character; as it stands now, don't know which one you're talking about.

I thought Links weren't allowed?

Anyway, the character I am referring to is one Ivan Braginski, AKA, Russia.

You heard me right, Russia.

He comes from the anime Hetallia which actually translates to Italy, which is whom the show mostly focuses around, then again, the show switches focus a lot from country to country, and most episodes are 5 minutes.

Then again, you used a link just now so...

Links are forbidden if they're leading to someone's personal site or advertising another product. If it's linking to where you found a picture, information about a card (i.e. like what I did to show you Pre-Prep) or other sources of information, it's fine.

In a nutshell, Wikia links and stuff are fine.

----

Also another thing; Ritual Monsters and their corresponding Ritual are classed as a single card and can be posted in the Singles section. Basically, it does us no good if you only provide one card, but not the other.
