The Killer 687
Normal Spell CardFusion Summon 1 non-Effect Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using Normal Monsters from your hand, field or Deck as Fusion Materials, then draw 1 card for each non-Effect Fusion Monster on the field. .Rooster
So, you can fuse monsters from your deck and draw a card? Too OP.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
A reminder that this card only works for NON-EFFECT Fusion Monsters, but either way, we still have stuff like Blue-Eyes who can certainly use this as a faster Future Fusion without any drawbacks. It's not as OP'd as you may think (did you see the part in bold), however the above Deck is certainly still predominant, and they'd like nothing more than to draw another card off generic BEUD (oh wait, do people even run OG Ultimate anymore?) Otherwise, there are the generic Vanilla Fusions that we don't talk about (see pack filler ones from old days); granted, this is technically a FuFu for them, but they aren't going anywhere. IDK, I guess you could fuse vanilla GKs for Zirconia or something. -----Oh right, and you are also under the 30 word minimum requirement (speaking to user above this post). Sleepy
I think a Blue-Eyes Deck would make for a pretty fun OTK play with De-Fusion a la old school but with less of an investment.Though since Blue-Eyes Decks actually pull out OG Blue-Eyes to function, odds are this card would not be able to maximize the impact unless you draw it turn 1, and this card is certainly not as searchable as OG Polymerization. This means this card becomes a sacky powerplay that late game becomes pretty much a regular Poly.... well, except that you still get a draw out of it. If we had an archetype where 2 materials could make up different Fusions, and it was Fusions that required an investment of 2 materials rather than 3, we'd have a more consistent engine to talk about. Then again, the materials themselves need to be vanillas too. I think it should be able to use non-vanilla materials. It's not like there's any vanilla Fusion out there that requires the amount of Materials of a Chimeratech Overdragon so there's not much harm to be done here. It'd at worse be able to send a Fusion Substitute from the deck this way, offering more flexibility and its own deck to belong to. Though I think just taking a single material out of the deck would be the better choice. You'd save up advantage on 1 material, and save advantage on at least 1 draw (if your Fusion doesn't meet a Solemnt/Trap Hole card), making it a pretty fair play. Some decks though, would probably prefer being able to shuffle materials from Graveyard into deck, making it live more quickly, especially because vanillas have a ton of support to getting them out of the deck (Unexpected Dai, Mausoleum of White, Summoner's Art, Human-Wave Tactics, Law of Uniform Nomenclature, Rescue Rabbit, Heart of the Underdog, Rescue Hamster, etc are just some of the generic options).
