Guest BGMCANN0N
Tornado Torsion Fusion[Normal Spell] (This card's name is always treated as "Polymerization".) Fusion Summon 1 WIND Fusion monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your hand or side of the field as Fusion Materials. The Fusion Summoned monster gains this effect. Once, during either player's turn: You can shuffle 1 Fusion Material Monster that was used for the Fusion Summon of this card from your Graveyard into the Deck; change the battle position of 1 monster on the field, and if you do, it loses ATK and DEF equal to the ATK or DEF (your choice) of the shuffled card. The Nyx Avatar
Another Fusion Summoning Spell Card. Nothing special of the form it Fusion Summons. However, while thw last two were protection and removal, this one grants an effect to the WIND monster. Changing the battle position isn't really all that powerful, but coupled with the ATK reduction and non-targeting, it makes your opponent's monsters easier to run over (even if it's only utilized twice at best). It's a cute card for WIND Fusion monsters, but that's really it. Other than Elemental HERO monsters, the only other monsters that would see use of this card is perhaps Wind Witch. Flash Flyer - Sakura
In terms of actual Fusion decks, Windwitches come to mind for Crystal Bell, yes. HEROs literally only have Great Tornado as a viable target if we're talking about competitive versions (and he's not seen much because Avian is bad and Konami is never making a WIND substitute or unbanning Stratos; though it would soften up stuff for Wingman, so guess that works). For them, I suppose you could banish the materials and summon another copy off of Parallel World Fusion, but that's it. If RBs weren't Contact Fusion, I'd mention them, but they are. I don't know; guess it's fine for softening up the opponent when needed, or some weird combo to bypass attack locks or something; probably the former. (Oh right, I forgot about the new toy HEROs got [skyscraper Shoot]; I guess you could use that to blow up an entire field of monsters since you'll definitely be lower, but that sounds situational on paper).
