Seriously, what are you trying to do here? If you're importing stuff from other games, you actually need to convert their mechanics to Yugioh. Did you even read what we told you in the last thread?

As it is, closest thing we can get to replicating the original effect in Yugioh terms is rolling a die or something, then if you get a certain result, then you can reduce the opponent's LP (are we going for starting or whatever they currently have at the time?).

Even if not converted, this card is still a 50% nothing result, and that makes it inherently undesirable.

I think the card more or less would 40% be a Spellbinding Circle a la lingering effect, and 10% it would actually be another negative effect where you lose 10% of whatever your current LP is each turn for the rest of the duel (I assume it is also lingering because this is a Normal Spell). That's going to be a pain to re-calculate every turn and it'll never really drain your LP out by mathematical principle alone.

Translating the lore to Yugioh and improving the ratios (and quality of effect) with suggestions would look something along the lines of:

[Quick-play Spell Card]
Roll a six-sided die and use 1 of these depending on the result.

1 or 6: All monsters you currently control cannot attack or change their position while they are face-up on the field. Also, their effects are negated until your next End Phase.

2 or 5: This card remains face-up on the field, and you must pay 800 LP each of your End Phases. If you cannot, destroy this card.

3 or 4: All monsters your opponent currently controls cannot attack or change their position while they are face-up on the field. Also, their effects are negated until your next End Phase.

Aaaaand this probably accounts for spam from my end considering how confused this card entry is in terms of what game it is being made for. This looks like it should be at a section that accepts HeartStone cards.
