Neos has Divine Neos, Stardust Dragon has Shooting Quasar Dragon/Stardust Sifr, Utopia has Utopia Beyond/Utopia Kaiser and I'm sure Odd-Eyes will be getting it's ultimate form come the end of Arc-V. I think Dark Sage is more fitting for Dark Magician's Ultimate Form, while Magician of Black Chaos is more like an evolved forum rather than the Ultimate Form.
