Surley a good card for xyz but really slow in itself and too difficult to summon. Might work if you make a good fetch card for it's materials.

I would probably add a fetch effect for "Huge Revolution" as well.

Well, you technically have Instant Fusion to make this easier, but otherwise, this card is going to be difficult to summon because materials aren't exactly searchable. Yeah, being a Soul Charge (and Foolish Burial) for small Normals is nice and all, but there aren't any Decks that can feasibly spam low Level Vanillas.

 

It's a cute card for casual play, but that's about it. Body is fine, but just extremely difficult to make good use out of right now. I guess you can use it as an easy Level 4 target if Norden ever gets the axe in TCG for R4 plays, albeit it has much more limited uses.

Thanks, peoples! I didn't really expect it to be properly fusion summoned, but it was more to support the revolution trio which, because of this, could now be searched with conscription/milled with Prisma (rather than them supporting this).

 

I was considering letting this summon level 4 Normals as well, but wasn't sure. It probably wouldn't be too powerful, but it would lose a bit of the flavor. Thoughts?
