Kingdom Xathers
Lightray Garlandolf LIGHT/Level 7/Fiend/2500 ATK/1400 DEF Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from the hand) by banishing LIGHT monsters from your hand or Graveyard whose total Levels equal 7 or more. Cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects. Once per turn: You can banish 1 LIGHT monster from your hand or Graveyard and target 1 monster on the field; destroy it. Each time a card(s) on the field is destroyed; this card gains 300 ATK. GarlandChaos
I like it. It's splashable removal for stuff that puts a lot of LIGHTs in the grave and also makes a good side card against such decks. You could also use it for Sacred Sword of Seven Stars (if it's not on the hit list yet), if you really wanted to. Honestly, though, I'm just not a big fan of how it destroys, but c'est la vie. One semi-important question, though: The destruction effect says it activates during your Main Phase instead of just saying "Once per turn [rest of effect]". Does that mean it's a quick effect or no? Afaik it doesn't make much of a difference either way, but it's nice knowledge to have.

It's not a Quick Effect, as far as my knowledge of PSCT is concerned; the effect is meant to be used only during your Main Phase. My Card Grammar may be a bit outdated at that part, though, so I could be wrong. Also, he IS the Lightray counterpart of "Garland, King of Destruction", so he needs a destruction effect for at least flavor.
Darj
Make it not banish from the opponent's grave and it will be great, IMO. The card has solid stats, effects and summoning conditions already, so banishing opponent's LIGHTs for its Summon feels like pushing it. As for the "during the Main Phase" clause, it is not really needed.

The Highlander
(starts clapping)Simply marvelous, a decent support card, I like the monster it is based on (meaning it makes sense to me why you picked that one).It has decent stats (in terms of its ATK and Level), fitting protection, an alright removal effect (though I would kind of like it removing any card, so backrow as well) and a way to keep powering itself up (keeping it true to the original garlandolf).Amazing work.
