Besides Aikatsu Stars! (which I missed nominations for Spring and would have been the only one to vote for it anyway), Sunshine was for sure my AOTY. New Game! was somewhat close in that regard, but what's better than CGDCT with the usual yuri subtext? Amping both of those aspects up to eleven and slapping idols on top of it, as well as feeling like a parody of your own main show. 

 

For fall, I watched only 4 shows: Stella no Mahou, Izetta, O;9 and Ping Pong Girls. I preferred Stella a bit, but since it's not here, Ping Pong gets it easily. Not only did the cuteness help (seldom does it not), but it had the exact rush of hype not much but sports anime ever gives me that make me seriously wonder why I don't try picking them up more often.

It was a hard choice between 91 Days and New Game but I went with 91 Days.

funking hype as sheet, season 3. So good.

The tension and hype was funking insane there, and also when Tsukishima had his time to shine. HQ seriously would've gotten my vote if only Shiratorizawa were more interesting. That is literally the only problem I have with what is otherwise a funking perfect season.

Ive seen both Mob Psycho 100 and 91 Days but out of the two id rather vote for 91 Days I havent finished it yet but im way more into mafia type stuff than I am into supernatural heroes.

 

Drifters I have yet to finish as well but its definitely really good. Great style and tons of awesome fights, I havent seen anything else and I doubt id care about any of the other nominations besides Flip Flappers.

At this point I think the best option is to make another poll of New Game vs Mob Psycho and one of Drifters vs Flip Flappers

 

Since it keeps being a tie every time. (at the time 6-6 and 4-4)

And add an option to abstain for those like me who only watched 1/4 of them.

It's slower but a lot more accurate imo
