When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: Banish that monster, and if you do, both players take damage equal to the ATK of the destroyed monster in the Graveyard. When this card is destroyed: You can destroy all face-up monsters on the field.

could be handy but also very risky

I know you've been out for a good while, but do note that you need to explain more under the Advanced Clause. If the card is indeed risky, then how so?

(You may wish to refer to the rulebook thread for more details, as things have changed a bit since the last time you came in here, however long ago that may be.)

That being said, it is a high risk / reward card, especially if you end up killing a powerful monster and do not have sufficient LP to take the burn damage (and kill yourself). I suppose you could try to use something like Survival Instinct to buff your LP enough to survive said burn, but remind me if Dinosaurs still run it, if ever (even to make Infinity stronger).

On the other hand, it suppose it can finish off the opponent at that point. Key thing is the monster needs to go to the Graveyard, and with Pendulums being more dominant in the game, it won't trigger. That being said, the last effect works flavor-wise, but also will bite you hard. As much as I would've loved to have said Lost World could protect your stuff from being blown up by this card, it only blocks Vanillas from getting killed. (On that note, I suppose you could destroy this card yourself via Lost and blow up the opponent's board without losing much, or have it trigger the smaller stuff into summoning larger ones [referring to Petiradon and the like], so in a way, it wouldn't be as bad.)

You can make this card a bit better by not requiring the destroyed monster to be sent to the Graveyard; that way it will be a nice countermeasure vs. Pendulums by banishing them instead of sending them to the Extra Deck, while of course getting the burn effect. Likewise, you can scrap the "sent to the Graveyard" requirement from the float effect to make it more difficult for the opponent to play around it.

And yet, I cannot but find this card outclassed by the new Dinosaur boss Ultimate Conductor Tyrano, but to be fair, that boss does too much IMO considering it has 3 effects, an above average ATK for a boss, plus an BLS-ish summoning condition, so in my book it isn't fair to just compare this card with such behemoth.

So, Ultimate Conductor Tyrano aside, this is a solid big Dinosaur IMO: floaters won't work on it, the burn can finish games, and threats the opponent with a nuke in a similar way that HERO Absolute Zero would do. Although you have to be careful of the nuke as well since it applies on both sides. In theory, with the Dinosaur toys, plus the EARTH True King engine, you should be able to trigger it yourself as an emergency button, which is a cool application IMO. How about making the nuke optional?

updated to counter pendulums, and the float effect is now optional and triggers only when destroyed (without being sent to the Graveyard)
