Many cards have been put on the ban list for simple fact that they enable FTK/OTK. For example -Sangan involvement in Yata Lock. This card not only enables FTK, but is basically a book of moon that can be used on either players turn and as we know book is at 1. What do you think about this card? Will it get hit?

Not really. With Book of Moon, you could Set it, and then later activate it to disrupt one of your opponent's monsters, wereas this card would cost you your Normal Summon or Special Summon via Call of the Haunted or something of the sort.

And while I could understand the second effect, I don't think it's enough to be banned. It costs a large amount of your cards, there's not much that benefits from being banished, and could take some set up to accomplish (at least for full value).

I use 1 copy of this in my Paleozoic deck. I use cards such as Needlebug Nest and Kuribandit to mill, not Lawnmowing. This card is extremely powerful and will often win me games. Almost all of the times I have managed to OTK with Paleozoics used this card.

I think that the card is potentially hitworthy, but probably not banworthy. While Shard is right in saying that even a limit wouldn't do much against this card, it does slightly reduce the consistency of milling it, and means that if you do manage to out it (usually by banishing it from the field), it is basically gone, rather than there being 2 more copies to rely on.

I just really hope it doesn't get banned because it's the only Denko/Jinzo out in my deck lol

Wat. Do you not understand that it triggers off summoning itself by its own effect?

Anyway, amazing card 5/7 wouldn't care if it got limited because I only run 1 anyway since it's fairly useless anywhere but the grave and the decks I have it in have no need for multiples. It's fantastic for clearing space/xyz/synchro/link probably/setting up Leviair/Amaterasu targets. It's one of my favourite monsters ever actually. I've even just used it to free up room then negated it with Quasar so as to not have it taking up the space it makes available. Wifeu.

You realize Snow triggers off her summon by the 2nd eff right?

Also, it's not really hard to set her up because Lawnmowing/Grass Looks Greener is a thing. The banish cost for Snow is not really costly at all unless you're forced to grind the game and start running out of Snow fuel. Snow also helps with stuff like Eclipse Wyvern and the future Twilightsworns mind you.

People can argue that Lawnmowing/Greener is a more likely hit, but seeing how Ghost Ash is a thing, it's already a fine check & balance. Snow on the other hand, functions as a bait card, Fusion/Synchro/Xyz fodder, disruptor, and OTK helper that is too powerful at multiples. At least if you open a Lawnmower, you might only be able to activate it once, and be able to fuel your plays for whatever you play. This on the other hand take advantage of Lawnmower by scrapping whatever you dug through, and is a pain in the ass to play around in general. It definitely does help those kinds of Lawn decks against things like Zoos, but it's pretty likely that when we see Lawn decks still persisting in power, this card will likely get nerfed to 1.

And honestly even then, Snow is the god of grind games.

So many times I'll just manage to get that clutch Snow and win

It has crossed through my mind the idea of splashing a copy in non-milling decks that search and/or combo a lot, as they may be able to generate enough fodder for this card to be live early enough; I have yet to give it a try, though. I guess the idea can't be that bad in Brilliant Fusion decks.

I actually ran a copy in 40 card predazoo. It was live often enough, easy to set up with Brifu, and complemented my Drident + Raff + Stardust/Assault fields. Yeah, it was a gimmiky deck lol

Random shower thought: since we're thinking about how Snow is useful even in non-Lawn decks, I think Fluffals might actually be a bit decent. Proc her off Vendor and if you eventually you have extra protection for your Fusions. Plus is makes a BriFu tech more plausible with 2 good targets.
