Icy
Filthy Metal TrashbagSpell CardCan only be activated at the start of your Main Phase 1. You cannot Summon or set monsters this turn. You cannot conduct your battle phase this turn. You cannot inflict damage to your opponent except by the effect of this card. Until the end phase of this turn whenever you would activate a Spell or Trap card, inflict 500 damage to your opponent. At the end of this turn, take the same amount of damage your opponent took. Darj
Not sure if you are serious with this card. It's pretty much another win condition for Royal Magical Library decks. These kind of cards are frowned upon because they throw player interaction out of the window. If you are being serious with making the card good, then I suggest to start with making it burn you immediately and only while you have less LP; that way you won't be able to OTK/FTK nor force duel draws before you losing first. Both. It was written with the imagery of a trash bag actually made out of metal in my head and because I saw the state of a friend's apartment. So... serious but also a joke. And I'm not sure how to word that card wise. And is the 16 spell thing even feasible in Royal Magical Library/Draw Spam? Its been a while since Ive played a deck reliant on it (because Exodia no longer needs it).
Darj
Not sure what you mean with "16 spell thing".This is how it could be written: Can only be activated at the start of your Main Phase 1. The turn you activate this card, you cannot Summon or Set monsters, or conduct your Battle Phase, also your opponent takes no damage except by this card's effect. This turn, while your LP is lower than your opponent's, each time you activate a Spell or Trap card, both players take 500 damage.

Think he's referring to the win condition for stuff like Tempest Magician coupled with probably stuff like Endymion or something, but I could very well be wrong about it. Darj
Ah, yeah, it is feasible. There is Royal Library, plus deck thinning with the Toon and Bamboo Sword cards. I dare to say it is more feasible than Exodia, since all you need is this 1 card to win and continue playing Spells, while Exodia needs 5 at hand. But after the change, no FTK/OTKs would be allowed. Well, I'm not sure either, because you could play, let' say, Upstart or Instant Fusion for the LP difference, play cards until both players reach critical LPs, the next turn simply play a burning effect and win.
