Super-Right Light Knight.
LIGHT Warrior type XYZ monster
Rank 7
[Atk:2800 Def:2700]

2 Level 7 light warrior monsters.
When your opponent activates a card effect or when a monster would be special summoned: You can negate the activation and if you do; destroy it.
You can detach 1 XYZ material from this card: Special summon 1 non-dark attribute monster from your deck or graveyard but it's attack and defence become 0. You can only use these effects once per turn.

First of all, your Xyz monster's Rank is not written, ATK/DEF stats are really unbalanced, lore written wrong, etc.

In my opinion, your monster's lore and other stats should be written like this:

[spoiler=Here]Super-Right Light Knight
LIGHT Warrior-Type Xyz Monster

ATK/DEF: 2600/2400 - Rank 7 
2 or more Level 7 LIGHT Synchro monster
When your opponent activates card effect that would destroy a monster you control or Special Summon a monster, you can negate that effect and destroy it. You can detach 1 Xyz material from this card; Special Summon 1 non-DARK monster from your Deck or Graveyard, but its Attack and Defense becomes 0. You can use these effects once per turn.

Note to the above user, you need to explain WHY you are making the changes (outside of the obvious toning down). I think you were warned about this in the past.

As it stands, the requirements are for that of a Fusion or possibly Link Monster, since Xyz Monsters are precise on the Levels you can use for them. But otherwise, we don't know the Rank of this card, but if we assume that it is a Rank 7, then yeah, its stats are busted, even with the conditions (let's not forget it can be Astral Forced). The effect itself is fine, however the SS negation needs an OPT on it (restrict it to once-per-turn).

 

You should change this to a Fusion Monster, lower the ATK/DEF accordingly (let's assume it'll be a Level 10 or something); card shouldn't be going higher than 3500 in both areas at maximum. Also put OPT clauses, otherwise your opponent effectively can't summon unless they play True Kings or whatever doesn't care about SSing much.

As a start. at least put the Rank of this monster in the main post so we have a clear idea of what this card is intended to do.

 

If we assume that this card is a Rank 7 that requires specific Synchro Monsters, then there is less than 15 of them; some of which are either not accessible for most Decks or just bad in general.
