Arimetal
Grave DisturbanceNormal Spell CardPay 1000 LP; Both player's Special Summon 1 monster from their Graveyard. Simple really. It's a face up Shallow Grave. You technically go beg 1 and lose 1000 but the plus is to premature a monster to advance plays. Sometimes simple effects are the best effects. CnC welcome. Flash Flyer - Sakura
Unlike Shallow, you can technically start ED plays instead of waiting a turn / wasting card effects to get the monster up. On its own, it's fine since the opponent will likely have power monsters in the Graveyard by the time you play this (see common cards that mill the Deck). Comparison-wise (not taking into account this is a better Shallow), consider this as a more costly version of Monster Reborn that lets the opponent revive as well. We all know how good Reborn is, and the cost generally shouldn't bother you too much. I'm not certain that Konami would ever release a version of this card that just let you revive (i.e. Reborn with a cost); least not right now. (GigaDrillBreaker)
This doesn't target, making disruption slightly more difficult. Monster reborn isn't a broken card by any means, so this is certainly fine. Reminds me of the mtg card Exhume. Yes, both players get equal return, but your return is more equal.
