Assuming Equip Spells are still a thing, only stuff worth attaching to the opponent is maybe Darkworld Shackles (make their ATK 100 or something, then burn them every turn). Or really, anything that gives a negative effect to its user. There's probably a couple more things but can't think of other Equip Spells that have a generally negative effect. 

 

I guess if you want to combo this with Power Tool Mecha Dragon or something for the sake of getting a good generic Equip out, then drawing off of it, you could use this. But that in mind, who's running Mecha Dragon again?

Well, Hidden Armory already exists. But given the actual power of most of the Equip Spell Cards (which isn't much), I don't think this would really come off as unfair. The most I can name Ekibyo Drakmord, Darkworld Shackles, and Cursed Armaments, and maybe Falling Down. So not a whole lot to hinder your opponent. Perhaps you could give it a Graveyard effect that allows it to recover Equip Spell Cards, as your opponent may remove them from the field. As is now, it's fair.
