Maybe the stats look a bit useless now, but I need to think on cards that could work with this one to use its ATK/DEF.

 

Effect:

 

This card cannot be normal summon or set. You can send one trap card to your graveyard to special summon it on your opponent`s field. This card cannot attack, also it cannot be used as a sacrifice to summon a monster. It cannot be selected for an attack, but it doesn`t protect your LP from being attacked. While this card is face-up, deny the effect of every trap card that select one or more "Pixel" cards as targets.

 

IDK what name is better if Pixel ninja or Pixel spy.

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. You can send 1 face-up Trap Card you control to the Graveyard; Special Summon this card to your opponent's field. Cannot be used to Tribute Summon a monster. Cannot attack or be targeted for an attack. Negate the effect of Trap Cards that target 1 or more "Pixel" cards.

 

Just realize that this card can still be used to pay Tributing costs that do not pertain to summoning a monster (right now, it's anti-Kaiju), but does not prevent the opponent from simply using it as Ritual fodder or to Synchro/Xyz/Link Summon a monster. Then again, it actually requires to have face-up Traps (either Continuous or Normals that stay on the field longer) to pull it off. I'll assume there will be some, but right now, there's no Deck outside Pixels that will want this.

Forgot to add the allowing direct attacks effect.

 

Anyway, I would strongly recommend making it "Pixel Ninja" it would get support from the Ninja archetype which uses a lot of continuous traps giving it an easy way to summon itself. Plus, it would be searchable/more searchable.

 

As it is now, I think (without seeing the other Pixel cards) this has an amusing relationship with the card "Remove Brainwashing" since both can help enable the other, but that's the only thing that really pops into my head tbh.

I went to double check the recent updates for cards that can't be targeted; they still have the clause on them. Thought they removed that.

As for the card itself, making it Pixel Ninja would give it access to their backrow, though honestly Ninjas don't even want anything to do with it,

 

Only other Pixel card he posted was Guardian or whatever that one was called that granted 2K DEF to other copies or something.
