Flash Flyer - Sakura
I'll be honest; really not seeing any reason to use this card, especially with Link format neutering how Extra Deck monsters work. To even make this, you need to summon Stardust and Formula, which can't be done unless you use Stardust's effect first to negate something and free the EMZ. THEN, you have to summon another Synchro Tuner, which again, requires a free ED space and the effort to pull it off. Yeah, you can just revive Formula too, but why? In the end, what do you get out of all this? Just the ability to summon Stardust Assault / Charge Warrior and both Stardust / Duel Dragon form. If it could summon Chronicle Spark / Sifr too, then it would help immensely, but even then, Link format kills this and card itself is vulnerable to every form of removal possible. =====Even if we weren't in Link format, I have no reason to run this over Shooting Star in the first place. Yeah, 45/40 stats are great, but Quasar/Sifr do so much more for 500 less ATK. You need to give this card protection effects so it doesn't get sniped by everything and a better effect to support Stardust as a whole (or just something to make it worth it).===== If you did design this for the Legacy format (ARC-V), then you need to tag your thread as such with [LEGACY] in the thread title or topic tags. Otherwise, it'll be assumed that you made it for VRAINS, which really cuts into Accel Synchros and stuff.

Flash Flyer - Sakura
Even in ARC-V format, this card is competing with Quasar / Sifr for that ED slot and that's without the changes Links made. They just made this card viability go down by hitting SSD's one too. But yeah, you will need to think of something else that would make this card warrant that slot over the Delta Accels. Granted, it does let you ladder SSD and revive it later, so there's one good thing this is useful for, but...
Sleepy
Oh how nostalgic. I'm friends with the guy that drew that dragon. It was also for a card at this forum many years ago xD About the card itself, it is a tad expensive to put into the field, as said above. There's struggle to put even Shooting Star on the field nowadays. You'd need to make something like Missus Radiant to make 2 Zones able to use Extra Deck monsters, then make Stardust on 1 of them and Formula in the other, go for Shooting Star, and still have something to revive Formula (because let's be honest, you are not making a different Synchro Tuner for this half the time.... you already got a big burnout on your hand size with this combo). I think it should be able to revive Dragon-Type Synchros, maybe as a quick effect. That'd make it worth it because revived Extra Deck monsters don't have the limitations that Extra Deck monsters coming from the actual Extra Deck do. You'd get back your Shooting Star, then get back your Stardust, then be able to make a Savior Star or an Assault Mode and still revive Stardust again for good measure, or you'd be able to use revived monsters as easier materials to go into Quasar, Blazar, Syfr, etc. ^The main issue with this part is that you probably would need to give it less ATK/DEF.
