Dinosaur / Tuner / Effect

If a Dinosaur monster is Normal or Special Summoned to your field: You can Special Summon this card from your hand, then you can destroy 1 other Dinosaur monster you control or in your hand, but if you do, monsters you control cannot attack for the rest of this turn. If this card is in your GY: You can target 1 of your banished Dinosaur monsters; shuffle both this card and that target into the Deck, then draw 1 card. You can only use 1 "Indominus Egg" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

ATK / 500  DEF / 500

The better version of jurrac aeolo, one that you can use while in your hand, also provides easer triggering for the babies in case of a diargam hit in the TCG. It also can be a recovery piece and being an earth tuner provides easier acces to naturia beast and trigger EARTH True King and set up he GY effect. As for the name i couldnt come with anything else, but i thnik an egg tuner fits the dinosaur theme. It has the potential to exploid the deck even further and because of babies not being OPT (still wonder why, at least petiranodon) i added the no attack to prevent an OTK where Ultimate conductor is invloved.

But what's wrong with Aeolo? Jurracs have not been relevant for so long, and the little relevance they get, you want to take it away? D:

Also, do Dinosaurs really need or deserve support? They are already at the peak of the tiers, at least in OCG. Personally, I don't support cards made to assist decks that are doing well. I know Aeolo can be such a bad card to draw, but come on, that's a small price to pay for the power that Dinosaurs offer. And if your intention is to help Dinosaurs stand against Zoodiacs in TCG, keep in mind that in this case the problem is Zoodiacs being too strong, rather than Dinosaurs not being strong enough.

Lets just say i aeolo has been the garnet of the dinosaur deck i was messing around, that inspired to make this. As you said dinosaurs (the way the are now) may not need this, and really dont deserve it, i'm not a fan of supporting top tier decks either, just came to my mind as "i wish aeolo has some useful effect", i mean jurracs not being played make this our fault tecnically. I wasnt having Zoo in mind i made this strictly because i asume diagram will get some sort of hit and by extension zoo will (please be) dead by that time as well.

I see. Still, OCG neutered Zoodiacs and hit Diagram, and Dinosaurs took over the top tiers; a card like this would only consolidate their dominance after any Zoodiac hits the TCG drops. I really don't have any suggestions for this; whatever I suggest would make the card just as good, if not worse, than Aeolo, due to the unique role a Level1 Dinosaur Tuner has.

I think that as big as Dinosaurs are, Aeolo is just a vanilla Tuner out of its original theme so a better Tuner replacement would always be welcomed.

That said, let's see if I can trim it a bit off.

I don't think the "draw 1 card" in the second effect is necessary. You are revitalizing your deck's ability to keep searching, recycling your Tuner, and a self-banishing monster potentially too. I think the fact it can return them a la Omega is good enough on its own.

The other effect on the plus side, has to be self-triggered so One for One or any other external effect won't trigger its destruction, although it is consistent because of Oviraptor and Fossil Dig putting it on your hand with ease.... as long as you are not using Fossil Dig to get the Oviraptor and Oviraptor to get the Conductor xD of course.

IDK how big is quick Summoning in the deck (via Call of the Haunted and the like), but that's about the only way to circle around the battle phase being lost (by having it in your hand when something else gets revived by a trap). Can't seem to find any broken-ness so far unless I'm overlooking something, and I'm trying hard to think of "but"s. Maybe something will come up later xP

Right now it seems good IMO

You miss the BP only of you choose to destroy the monster, if you choose to stop on the self summon effect you can continue normally

I know, I know, but I meant it in a scenario where this card would replace Diagram and you'd like to destroy cards in this way. The quick revival bit is meant to circumvent the drawback but still get the effect =)
