Some Questions About Spell Cards

1 - The field spell, equip spell considered continuous spell card? 

2 - When the opponent place two cards on pendulum zone and create pendulum scale, can other cards with ability to negate and/or destroy spell card could be activated to negate or destroy a pendulum spell card on the field?

First the first one, no. Continuous is a type of Spell card, and so are Equips and Field Spells. They're all separate.

 

Second, yes. Pendulum monsters are Spell cards while in the Pendulum Zones, and monsters in the Monster Zones.

Also, even though it's not a question you asked, Pendulums in the pendulum zones are not continuous spells either.
