I mean, I already reviewed this as Judy, but let's do it in normal voice (and obviously with usual grading remarks that I withheld).

First and foremost, we are going to get the inevitable Hoshiningen retrain, and this basically outclasses it for all intents and purposes (but then again, I don't really like Konami copy/pasting the same effect for all of them). It does not exist at the time of posting, however it will be here at some point. To be fair, I think both effects should have an OPT on it, because otherwise it likely will get out of hand (least with LIGHT being a very common Attribute right now).

For current standards, this is a bit much (although I think most LIGHTs have enough to spam into Decode or something in terms of getting Down markers). Probably should be pushed to Link 3 (in which case, you can also afford to buff its ATK a bit and give a new marker). Or lower its ATK a bit.

With a simple look at it, I would say that this card would be fun/be good in an Ojama/AtoZ Deck. You can use Ojamas to make this, then go into Ojamodification to extend your plays + have an extra zone to Summon the Fusion monsters into. Also, being able to protect your big boys from destruction is quite useful. I could see this getting a bit of play if it were  Other than that, it's neat little LIGHT Support, and being generic is always good.

And finally, Link Laddering is never bad. Good job on this card.
