If this card is used as Link Material for a Link 2 or higher LIGHT Cyberse "Dragon" Monster: draw 1 cards . You can only activate this effect of "Linker Dragon" once per turn. You can only Link Summon "Linker Dragon" once per turn.

So Linker Dragon basically draw power for Link Decks where it has the hard OPT to both its effect and its summon but given that if you use it to summon Proxy, Security or Firewall it will allow you to draw 2 cards and would be an effective staple in your Link Monster line up.

 

Edit: altered the draw power on this card so you draw 1 when using a LIGHT Cyberse Dragon Monster.

So this is a +1 that comes from using a single ED spot and is a (+2) if you use it for security, proxy or firewall.

To be fair this card seems a little too good, generic link 1s are not a thing yet and should propably not be one to begin with, you can actually get around this by putting his marker to the left or right (I would suggest to the left, given that security guardna already handles right markers).

The draw effect is interesting, though I would suggest you change it to do nothing if used for any link, except cyberse "dragon" monsters, which would net 1 draw, drawing 2 cards is going too far.
