Throne of Dragons

Field Spell

Activate this card by discarding 1 card from your hand and banishing 1 Dragon Monster from your GY. This card cannot be destroyed by card effects. You can Normal Summon Level 5 or higher Dragon Monsters without a tribute. In addition to your Normal Summon/Set, you can Normal Summon 1 Dragon Monster (you only gain this effect once per turn.) You can only activate 1 "Throne of Dragons" per Duel.

So Throne of Dragons acts as a Special Field Spell for Dragons as it cannot be destroyed and enables you to Normal Summon up to 2 Dragon Monsters per turn where higher Level Dragons can be Normal Summoned without a Tribute. To balanced this I gave this card a activation cost and a once per duel on its activation if ever Throne of Dragons gets bounced off the field instead of destroyed.

With that this card can be a perfect field Spell for Dragon Decks even giving them the speed to make Synchro, Xyz and Link Monsters easily.

Also allows you to summon a bunch of Monsters in one turn.

This is a very powerful card for Blue-Eyes, making you able to Normal Summon an extra combo piece and even up to two 3k monsters if one of them promises to be a vanilla.

I also like how you cannot destroy it. You either Cosmic Cyclone it, or resort to the under-used mechanic of Spell negation effects.... or well, Set Rotation.

A Stone + vanilla Blue Eyes also = easy Synchro. The card offers cool value for it.

The uptake is Mausoleum of White also offers pretty decent stuff, and Dragon Ravine can do its thing too, and one can't have the best of both worlds xD

If there is something I don't like, it'd be the Once Per Duel clause. It means you cannot really base an engine around it because you won't be seeing it back once it is dealt with.

I'd rather it had a clause along the lines of "if you have other cards with this card's name in your GY and/or banished, you cannot activate this card", which is a pseudo-"Once Per Duel" clause, which can be worked around if you jump through enough hoops for it.
