Must be Fusion Summoned. When this card is Fusion Summoned, increase this cards Level by 1 for every 2 Monsters that were used as Fusion Material to summon this card. Each time this cards Level is increased, this card gains 500 ATK for each Level this card gains. If this card would be destroyed by battle or by card effect, reduce this cards Level by 2 and reduce this cards ATK by 1000 instead.

So Storm Berserker is a HERO Fusion that gains a Level per 2 Fusion Material and 500 ATK each time its Level is increased but also loses 2 Levels and 1000 ATK as well.

 

Effectively this can be a major power house if used with Miracle Fusion allowing this to become a massive beat stick that can gain 4 Levels and 2000 ATK of 8 Monsters in your grave and would take your opponent 5 times to destroy while doing so weakens this card bit by bit.

 

Also the concept of the concept of this card is that its based of the Hulk

I want self-destroy cards. Dark Hole, Torrential, Ultimate Conductor, Sky Iris, Dragonic Diagram, etc. All under Reverse Trap. It'll end up as a Level 1 with +4000 ATK.

Though it is a tad slow, and I don't see much of a need to make this with 4 materials instead of the minimum 2, for a single Level and 500 increase. At least not without Miracle Fusion.

 

I like the flavor behind this card, though Hulk would probably become more powerful as he fights, if anything. I like how it protects itself though. It is outright better than Elemental HERO Tempest xD
