Funegaski
Normal Trap CardActivate only when your opponent's monster declares an attack: Gain LP equal to the combinated ATK of all Attack Position monsters your opponent controls, also their effects are negated, and they cannot declare an attack anymore. It becomes this turn's End Phase.
Kid Gambino
Wait... isn't this just Draining Shield, except you gain more LP, you negate their effects, AND you end the turn? I don't think a Draining Shield version of Mirror Force would be balanced unless it came with some kind of drawback instead of completely outclassing Draining Shield in every respect. Maybe something like you gain LP from all their Attack Monsters but you don't stop the attack.
Snatch Steal
This card could be balanced by requiring controlling no monsters and removing the other two effects. I understand the sentiment of shoving all of those effects into one card, but it simply does too much to be balanced. It’s fine to have a card that directly outclasses Draining Shield because Draining Shield sucks. Decks like Aroma would benefit from a card like this, so I don’t see why giving that or a control deck slightly more leeway.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Yeah, this thing literally outclasses Draining Shield and several other things all at once by virtue of it being permanent attack / effect negation and the opponent can't do anything. It'd be okay with just gaining LP and ending the Battle Phase; NOT neutering the opponent completely by screwing over their monsters and cutting their Main Phase 2.
