Phelphor, of the Deep
Absorbing darkness and villains to become righteous fury! Righteous Crusher Dragon: Link 2 / LIGHT / Dragon / 1600 attack / Link-2 / Link points Northeast and Southwest / link material requirements: 2 DARK Effect Monsters or 2 Fiend-Type Effect MonstersEFFECT: You can target 1 monster in your opponent's GY; Special Summon that monster to your opponent's side of the field, but it's treated as a DARK Fiend-type monster. If a DARK monster and/or Fiend-Type Monster is Special Summoned from the GYs: you can Draw 1 card then, shuffle 1 card in your hand into the Deck. If you use this card as a Material for a Link Summon, you can also use DARK and/or Fiend-Type monsters your opponent controls as materials as well. You can only use each effect of "Righteous Crusher Dragon" once per turn.
TOPsycho
Hey, I'm not looking to start anything, and i don't know if it was intentional, but this card has just about the exact same effect as the Vampire Sucker link monster that just got revealed. Just a fair warning

Kid Gambino
Going to review the card? That's the thing though, if people catch wind that you're not really putting any original thought into creating a custom card by essentially copy+pasting another card with minor changes, then no one is gonna want to review your card. TOPsycho brought up a good point and I had to actually skim the custom card rules just to make sure this wasn't a punishable offense, luckily for you it isn't. However, since the rules do stipulate you have to respond with critique, I'll do such. The first thing that concerns me is why this card is a LIGHT Dragon, yet it's Link requirements are DARK or Fiend monsters? Just seems weird since it doesn't inherently seem to have any Chaos-themed inspiration/effectiveness, nor is there any archetype or deck that utilizes both Dragons and Fiends, and is moreso a pain-in-the-neck of a difference than anything else. ATK stat is fine. The effect, however, is not. Even with Vampire Succubus/Sucker's original effect, it was pretty obvious that it's combination of effects was quite ridiculous, as it nets you a draw 1, then lets you turn one of your opponent's GY monsters into a link-laddering material, completely negating any chance it had of being a decent drawback. Now that Sucker has been interpreted to only allow Tribute Summoning with your opponent's monster, it's less OP. This card unfortunately is still as broken as Sucker V1. Unless you provide a good reason why it's card type and materials are the way they are, I'd suggest making it wholly one of the other, just for better consistency as no deck that I can think of benefits from it being that way. Secondly, I'd change the markers to TL and TR instead, and make it so that you can only use the opponent's monsters this card points to as Link Materials. I think that would balance this card out a little more.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
I can't tell if it was intentional or not, considering that at the time this was posted, there was a thing about Vampire Sucker's effect being RUMORED from the OCG Discord. Right now, it sort of is confirmed, but still not completely. But yeah, do try to avoid making stuff that is literal c/p from existing stuff, even if it's rumored. At least it isn't a direct one, because I did catch some members doing that a while back. ====I would likely get rid of the last effect because right now, it really is a Link version of Super Poly. But at the same time, yeah, Chaos decks don't want it, Fiend decks more/less got their own Links by now [D/D might find a way to use this, but they can use Perpetual for the interim] and DARK decks probably don't (though they might want it over the inevitable Witch's Apprentice Link retrain). Just try to fix the effect so it isn't a technical c/p.
