every time the urinals are out of commission or backed up, there's always this one guy who thinks he's so ★˚○ special ○˚☆ that he can pee with the door open. Wow!!!! How manly and cool and strong!!!!!!!!

 

Not. It's funking disgusting. When you're at a urinal it doesn't matter because there's no door and people can clearly see you're in a urinal. When you're in a stall you should close the door because nobody can see you're in a stall from outside (particularly if it's the big one for handicapped people) so they have to walk into the stall and see you in it. This is magnified when the door is just hanging open, so your body is concealed and it looks like no one is using it. You're basically inviting people into a private space with you peeing. 

 

Sometimes, you can clearly see someone in a stall because it's a smaller one, but that's still at the very least a show of laziness. It's different when it's a urinal because you're only separated by the blinders, if there are any, which is still weird but not really because it's not an enclosed space. When it's just you and someone in an enclosed space, and you're complete strangers, and you made it look like the stall was open, that puts everyone in a bad circumstance.

 

For all intents and purposes, I do not want to be in close quarters in an enclosed area with a complete stranger who is peeing. Many people feel this way as well, I presume. 

 

Just...close the stall when you pee. You're not cool for leaving the door open, and it's not like closing the door is such an arduous task that it takes extensive physical exertion to even do it. If only a couple of people did this, then I wouldn't be making a topic about it, but it's happened dozens of times to me and I just don't understand why people think it's cool.

it is annoying when that happens, but i dont get where the assumption that people do it because its cool comes from
