Fonza
Machine / LIGHTLevel: 1ATK/DEF: 0/0Effect: This card's name becomes "Cyber Dragon" while on the field or in the GY. You can target 1 monster your opponent controls: Special Summon this card (from your hand), then that monster becomes Machine. You can only activate this effect of "Cyber Dragon Atom" once per turn. Flash Flyer - Sakura
(Not like we don't already have CyDra Hertz for a Level 1) But yeah, this card's purpose is pretty much to get field advantage and technical fodder for Fortress Dragon, assuming people actually still use it. Granted, it's another name for Cyber Dragons to make use of, but that's about it. You're mostly using it for Fusion material and/or summoning Ziegler; yeah, you can still NS Drei after this for the Nova/Infinity plays without actually needing OG CyDra (or Vier iirc), but MR4 might've changed that strategy. Tinkerer
This is pure utility and I'm... unsure of how I feel about it. On the one hand, it basically amounts to a Kaiju with the upside of actually keeping a monster yourself with 2000+ ATK, but the downside of having an open window to be stopped. However, even without Fortress this is a really good card that can be splashed in any kind of deck just by virtue of being a self-summoning level 1 (enabling Linkuriboh/The newly revealed Relinquished link monster). It is, primarily, an answer card and will mostly be in the position of helping break an opponent's board, and for that, I like it. On the other hand, I think the trouble comes in when you realize that these effects all meld into each other. Individually, you could use this as Link material, but you've also got Fortress that could be used for its attributes (it being a level 8 DARK monster). Fortunately, there isn't much of a way of truly taking advantage of that right now, but it does present a glaring danger sign for things that could. Blue-Eyes/Gimmick Puppet decks, as an example, would be able to appreciate a free level 8 body, while other things like Troymare/Cyberse would like the usefulness of the level 1. All that said, I can definitely say this is something I can see coming into the game. It's balanced out in the right ways for the current state of the game, despite its design not exactly being future-proof. Gotta say, you've done a pretty good job with this!
