When this card is Link Summoned, Special Summon 1 "Synchron" Tuner Monster from your hand, deck or GY to your side of the field in defence position with its effects negated. The Monster summoned by this effect cannot be used as Link Material for a Link Summon. When a Synchro Monster that list a "Synchron" Tuner Monster as a Synchro Material is Synchro Summoned to a zone this card points to, you can tribute this card; draw 1 card. You can only activate each effect of "Link Synchron" once per turn.

So the idea of Link Synchron is to make Accel Synchro much easier where Link Synchron only requires 1 Tuner Effect Monster to summon but needs you to use Synchron Tuners in order to fully use its effects where after summoning the tuner if you can Synchro Summon into a Synchro that list a Synchron as a Synchro Material like the Junk Synchro Monsters, this tributes itself and allows you to draw a card which then opens a space to let you make an additional synchro summon for Formula Synchron or Accel Synchron so you can make accel Synchro plays.

 

In Accel Synchron Decks this card can help you set up for accel synchro plays or enable you to have 2 strong Synchro Monsters on the field at once.

Please add a "It cannot be used as Link Material" clause, Link Laddering is degenerate enough, we do not need a Jet Synchron enabler that is a 1-card needlefiber, which sets up Jet Synchron.

Beyond that the card looks alright.
