Well, the first thing to do would be to decide what kind of card you want to upload. Is it a balanced card? A casual card? A meme card? Depending on the type of card, you go to one of the subsections the site has, such as Advanced Singles /Multiples or Casual Singles/Multiples, etc. which you can find in the forum index. Once you're inside of the selected subforum, click the black box that says "Start New Topic", choose a title for your Topic and tag it if you'd like. Once this is all done, note that below is a paper clip and "Drag files here to attach, or choose files... Click there and select from your device the cards you wish to upload. When they're finished uploading, click on the small + at the lower left of the image and you should see your card uploaded. Finish by clicking on the black box "Submit Topic" at the bottom.

Man, I must be annoying. One more thing, how do I download cards that I have made?

Under the text box when you start a topic or respond to one, there is a little paperclip with a link that says "Click to choose files", you click that and select your images. After that, when you look through your uploaded images, they will have a + sign on the bottom left corner, click that and your image will magically appear in the text box.
