Horu
The Ancient Avians are a series Winged Beast monsters that are generally humanoid versions of birds. The term "Avian" in general points to their ability to fly. So this Archetype sadly doesn't include birds such as the Kiwi, Ostrich or Penguin. Main Deck Monsters Ancient Avian - Blackbird Wind Winged Beast/Flip/Effect Lv1 300/500 FLIP: Destroy 1 monster on the field. Ancient Avian - Concert Canary Wind Winged Beast/Tuner/Effect Lv1 300/500 When this card is Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Ancient Avian" monster from your hand. Ancient Avian - Homing Pigeon Wind Winged Beast/Tuner/Effect Lv2 500/1100 You can discard this card from your hand: Draw 2 cards. You can............... 2 cards??? If it's draw, this is the most broken card in history, gotta run Reasoning, and if a couple of 'em gets sent to the GY, I draw 4 cards. Also nice for Lightswords and heavy sending to the GY cards
Horu
I'm gonna double check the cards when I get home. I know I didn't post Hummingbird before because those were only a sample of what the deck was going to look like.

How about Ancient Avian - Flamenco Level 4 / WIND Winged-Beast / Effect When this card is sent to the GY; Banish this card: Your opponent skips their next battle phase ATK 1200 / DEF 1400
Horu
The lower level Avians are standard birds. Generally, they are more defensive and their effects are more to help you without harming your opponent. The Level 5+ are birds of prey and they are the offensive force of the deck. Yami Kiniko
Ancient Avian - Eagle Level 5 / WIND Winged-Beast / Effect Once per turn: Send the top card of your opponents deck to the GY ATK 2000 / DEF 1800
Horu
I actually have a couple eagle cards (hence why I'm reworking the archetype). I'm making the archetype to what it is. Small Birds of Prey are Level 5-6, and the larger ones are Level 7+. You'll see what I'm doing once I get home and put a couple in from Dueling Book.
