(3) If “Dream Mirror of Joy” is in a Field Zone (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card; Special Summon 1 “Oneiros, the Dream Mirror Erlking” from your Extra Deck in Defense Position.

yes. the level 3 gives the deck more field presence, with either a hand fix or a backrow reset. the fusion is a decent negate with high stats and a replacement effect. 

 

dream mirrors still aren't meta, but this helps them do a lot more with what they have.
