If you control no monsters or all monsters you control are EARTH Plant monsters, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand or GY.) You can only Special Summon "Sunseed Spirit Loci" this way once per turn. If this card was used as Link Material to Link Summon a "Sunavalon" Link monster: You can Special Summon this card from your GY. You can only use this effect of "Sunseed Spirit Loci" once per turn. So, this is pretty good. In addition to this this card can only be used as Link Material for EARTH Plants thus locking this into Sunavalons and any other EARTH Plant Link.
