(3) If this card on the field is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can target 1 monster on the field; it cannot be destroyed by battle during this turn.

Those new Despia cards are Fairy so you could drop this in there, but it seems like this is well-suited for Valkyries considering their plethora of on-summon/on-field effects.  Banish removal is good, especially since you can just target herself if you have nothing else.  That third effect is trash.

I do kinda wish that banish effect was a soft once per turn; I can't think of many good on-field soft-OPT effects recently.  Is it too much to ask for my Phantom of Chaos to be able to copy something good?
