Dawn and Dusk Dragon
lv 10 LIGHT
Dragon/Synchro/Effect
1 Dragon Tuner Monster + 1+ Non-Tuner Dragon Monster
For this cards Synchro Summon, you can treat 1 LIGHT or DARK Dragon Monster you control as a Tuner. While face-up on the field, this card is also DARK-Attribute. You can only use the following effects of "Dawn and Dusk Dragon" once per turn.
* When your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card or Monster effect (Quick Effect): You can have this card lose excatly 1000 ATK and DEF; negate the activation and destroy it, then, inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponents LP.
* If this card is destroyed by battle or by an opponents card effect: Special Summon 1 "Light End Dragon" and 1 "Dark End Dragon" from your Extra Deck (This Special Summon is treated as a Synchro Summon), also for the rest of this turn, you cannot Special Summon Monsters except LIGHT and DARK Dragon Monsters.
ATK/3000 DEF/2500

Actually, I mostly like this one. The negation effect is flavorful and loving the punish with the Special Summons of both Dark and Light End Dragons. However, I do have a couple of concerns. First, IMO it is too generic for what it does: not only it has fully generic Synchro material requirements and 8 is a rather accessible Synchro Level, also it has a"treat X as Tuner" condition for further accessibility. The closest card to this I can think of is Borreload Savage Dragon, and needs a Link in GY first to gains its negations. I would expect this card to be at least Level 10. The 2nd concern and admittedly more of a pitnick is the name: both Twilight and darkness are associated with night and the dark side, but a reference to the light and day side is missing. IMO "Dawn and Twilight Dragon" would be a more fitting name, as those are the 2 transitions between day and night, and thus dark and light.

I 100% agree this is a little to good at what it does it could even be played in a level 4 chaos dragon deck with no tuners. It's a negate like Appolousa with fewer materials, it's an omni negate instead of just monsters, and it floats. I feel there is some reason why your card is harder to use that I'm missing but double floating on the most common removal puts this way over the top.

Aurora Twilight Dragon works (Aurora is synonymous for dawn but nobody uses it that way?) Twilight is actually the light that occurs as the sun sets so it's the half light fading into darkness (not really a double dark reference more like 1.5 dark) Aurora or Dawn is the opposite which I think would be perfect!

Dawn Dusk Dragon or Dawn Darkness Dragon for alliteration alluding to light and darkness.

Overall love the versatility and what the name goes for, but a tone down of the power and a name change/explanation would be nice!

I attempted to fix this up a little making the Materials Dragon only and renaming it Dawn and Dusk Dragon and made it Level 10.

Now I like it, yeah. Surprised you addressed both the Level and material requirements rather than just 1 thing, but it should still be good. IMO you can now push the ATK to 3300~3500. Requiring both Dragon Tuners and Dragon non-Tuners is rather limiting and I didn't suggest to limit the accessibility this much. Only Dragon Tuners should be enough, that way Decks that run DARK or LIGHT Dragon non-Tuners can still access this. Unless you want it to make it practically exclusive to Dragon decks.
