Spell Card
Add 1 "Elemental HERO" Monsters and 1 Spell/Trap Card that spefically list that card in its text from your Deck to your hand. You can only activate 1 "HERO Arsenal" per turn.

So HERO Arsenal simply supports all the Spell/Traps that were made for spefific HERO monsters like searching Sparkman and Spark Blaster or Avian and Feather Wind.

I actually like this one, surprisingly because HEROs keep getting support when they already have a lot, but this is designed for classic Normal HEROes. This is a simple effect, but solid and flavorful. Reminds me of Frightfur Patchwork. I don't picture this assisting meta-oriented HERO builds beyond being a +1 for resource fodder, but it should be amazing for old school HERO builds.

Effectively you could use this to search Elemental HERO Neos and any card related to it like Neo Fusion and Miracle Contact.

You are goddamn right, Neos have a couple of good toys that can give access so strong monsters. Yeah, I guess HERO variants running some sort of Neos engine glued with this card could work.
